Take a break
Bring yoga and mindfulness into your everyday.
Offerings
Private Session
A private yoga class can help you explore your practice more deeply. Private sessions are offered both virtually and in-person.
Corporate Yoga
Does your workplace prioritize health and wellness? A regular yoga class in the office is a great way to show your team that you care. Corporate yoga is proven to reduce stress, increase team morale, and improve productivity and focus. Let us know whether your team wants to get on the mat or if they are looking for a relaxing mindful movement session while sitting in chairs to de-stress. Classes can be scheduled on a weekly, monthly, or one-time basis.
Chair Yoga
Our chair yoga and meditation practice consists of gentle stretches and breathing techniques done while seated. It aims to find feel-good movement while promoting circulation, muscle strength, and relaxation. Accessible yoga for seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities has been proven to reduce agitation, improve mood, and support cognitive function. Most importantly, residents love a safe and inclusive way to stay active and connected. Contact us to add a half-hour chair yoga session to your weekly activity calendar.

What is Corporate Yoga?
Corporate yoga is a way to support the physical and mental wellbeing of the workplace. Many companies are starting to recognize that offering yoga to their employees is a benefit that improves mental health and lowers stress levels. Yoga and mindfulness sessions in the workplace can look many different ways. For some, it’s a quick break from the desk to stretch and slow down the nervous system. In other offices, employees are wanting to get on a yoga mat and move. Let us know what would work best for your team.

Meet Me
Hi, I’m Amanda
I started Yoga Break Nashville to bring yoga and mindfulness to more workplaces around music city. Although many people imagine stretching on the floor, yoga can be so much more. Some of my favorite practices happen in a circle of chairs, with gentle stretches, movement, and meditation.
A yoga practice can improve and support both mental and physical health. My aim is to teach yoga in a way that inspires self-love, self-awareness, and connection to others.
Yoga looks different for everyone. I’d love to help you find what feels good and empowering for you.
I have been practicing yoga for ten years, and I earned my 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2021 at the Yandara Institute.
